Learn how to cook the BBQ pork and chicken we serve at Folklorama. Will start the evening of Friday the 17th with the prep work and seasoning. Starting early on Saturday the 18th will be the cooking, cutting, and cleaning. BBQ will be served at the volunteer dinner taking place that evening.
